Positive, The location is perfect, just two blocks from the main train station. My room had a lovely view of the square. Dinner at the restaurant was unexpectedly good with great Italian options. Breakfast offered enough variety to start my day right. I'd definitely stay here again! 😊

Excellent breakfast that set the right mood for the day.
Our stay was marred by a lack of hot water, which we had to wait hours for on two occasions. Additionally, the lift was intolerably small, fitting only one person with luggage, making it a hassle to access our room. To top it off, the dining experience was severely disappointing. the food was both expensive and tasteless, leaving us to search for better options outside.

The family room was spacious and cozy, making it a perfect retreat. And the included tea/coffee setup was a delightful touch. Plus, the local dining scene is a gem, with places like Artisti serving mouthwatering dishes just a hop away!
One bummer was the breakfast price. we opted out since it clocked in at a hefty price for us three. But with some supermarkets around, we snagged tasty breakfast goodies instead, keeping us fueled for our adventures.

The location is excellent, right in the center of
Brig, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. The room itself was comfortable, with welcoming decor. However, noise from the street at night was a bit disruptive, especially with the window open.

i was shocked by the lack of service—no one answered the service phone, and the food was pricey and bland. however, what really irked me was that i didn't receive a complimentary upgrade, like any esteemed guest deserves. i thought i would review it positively, but i just couldn't, given the inconvenience.

The stay was for a business trip, and despite a few hiccups with self-check-in, everything went smoothly once we got settled in. The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll away from Stockalper Palace and the charming old city center, giving us a taste of local culture. I really enjoyed the comfortable Premium Room with Balcony, where we had stunning views of the mountains. The breakfast, although an extra charge, was excellent and set us up for our busy days ahead.

It was just a reliable pick for a short-term stay in Brig with good price-quality ratio. The location was easy to explore, with nearby attractions within walking distance. Consider heading out for breakfast instead of opting for the hotel meal option.

missingWrote a review on Apr 07friendly receptionist
There’s a lively receptionist named Alicia , and her warmth made a big difference in stepping into the hotel during winter. Our room was huge , with a lovely terrace giving us this epic view of the mountains. The fact that the fridge had cold drinks ready was a nice unexpected touch too.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly , but overall acceptable.

The room featured a spacious layout with an impressive terrace offering stunning mountain views, ideal for relaxing mornings. Staff were consistently helpful, and the breakfast variety—particularly the home-made jams and freshly baked croissants—was delightful. However, there were some inconveniences, such as the limited elevator space, which made access a bit cumbersome. Additionally, noise levels from the street could be disruptive at night, impacting sleep quality.
